Job Summary
Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various employee needs while assessing their effectiveness to drive improvements. Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions, overseeing the onboarding process to ensure new hires receive effective training. Monitor industry trends to integrate innovative learning techniques into our programs and conduct regular evaluations of employee performance to inform development strategies. This role requires a minimum of 5 years experience in Learning & Development or a related field, strong understanding of adult learning principles, and proficiency in learning management systems. Located in Quezon City, Philippines, this position supports our mission to shape the future of the workforce.
Required Qualifications

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
