Job Summary
Learning & Development Manager to lead onboarding, training, and development of trainer coaches across programs (sensory, multisport, gym, and child development classes). Responsibilities include creating training systems and SOPs, monitoring trainer performance and schedules, ensuring teaching quality and safety standards, collaborating with curriculum and operations teams, and identifying areas for trainer growth and improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Education, or related field preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in training, facilitation, or L&D
- Experienced in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Able to conduct practical, hands-on training sessions
- Organized, proactive, and passionate about people development
