Job Summary
Conduct Training Needs Analysis for all employees and prepare the annual Training Budget. Schedule training programs for the calendar year and assist department trainers in standardizing operating procedures and developing training manuals. Coordinate cross-training and taskforce programs with sister properties. Create an environment where trainees can practice learned skills and manage the Employee Succession Plan. Requires a degree in Human Resources Management, luxury hotel experience, and fluency in English and the local language. Full-time role in Xiamen.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably has a degree in Human Resources Management
- Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel
- Has good communication and people management skills
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Enjoys interacting with people
- With instructional and Facilitation Skills
