Job Summary
Learning & Development Manager to lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of RPM’s employee learning programs across onboarding, leadership development, and professional growth. Responsible for creating engaging, scalable training, managing multiple initiatives, delivering instructor-led, virtual, and blended formats, and leveraging LMS/learning tech. Partner with HR and business leaders to identify needs, develop content, and measure training effectiveness; manage onboarding improvements, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration; handle budget and vendor relationships. Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, LMS, eLearning tools, data-driven improvement, and facilitation skills. On-site, full-time role in Birmingham, MI.
