Job Summary
Learning and Development Manager responsible for leading the hands-on design, development, delivery and analysis of Iron Mountain's Leadership Development Programmes. Oversees full lifecycle of leadership initiatives from planning to evaluation; conducts needs assessments; designs engaging learning content; facilitates global training sessions; enables embedding development best practices into daily workflows; collaborates with business leaders and SMEs to align initiatives with corporate objectives. Requires substantial L&D experience, expertise in leadership development frameworks and instructional design, and proficiency with Google Suite and Articulate 360. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field; PMP or ATD certification preferred. Offers remote and hybrid work options, global collaboration, and a diverse, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Preferred)
- Significant experience in Learning and Development
- Experience in modern training design and interactive facilitation
- End-to-end program management experience
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Gmail) and Articulate 360
- Strong project management skills, agile, organized
- Global mindset and ability to influence stakeholders
