Job Summary
Define and implement the regional L&D strategy aligned with HME and Hermès Group goals to deliver five days of learning annually. Lead the Retail Training Manager to focus on retail community development while driving head office and management programs, including UAE National paths and high-potential leadership initiatives. Collaborate with HRBPs to identify key talent, design tailored learning plans, and oversee consistent delivery across the Middle East. Monitor industry trends, evaluate training effectiveness, manage the department budget, and lead the L&D team to ensure high performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent Development, Training or Learning & Development
- Proven experience of building and managing talent programmes
- Strong understanding of learning frameworks and employee development
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to support the broader objectives of the organization
