Responsibilities include managing the Designated Trainer program, coaching and developing trainers, maintaining and updating Standards Training Manuals, collaborating with hotel management to address performance gaps, leading management development programs (including GROW), assisting managers with development plans, ensuring college recruits complete structured programs, handling compliance and safety training, designing learning solutions aligned to goals and budget, creating annual training calendars, evaluating program effectiveness, budgeting for training resources, and vendor management. Preferred qualifications include a university degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in a managerial capacity, experience in adult education or luxury hospitality/service environments, and experience managing across diverse cultures.
