Job Summary

Designs and develops learning solutions for a luxury hospitality property by identifying performance gaps through needs analysis, creating and delivering programs (including blended and e-learning), cultivating a compelling training calendar, and evaluating impact using established frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick’s levels). Manages external vendors, supports budgeting for training resources, and pursues ongoing growth in the learning discipline to enhance guest experiences and hotel operations.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in a managerial capacity
  • Experience in adult education or a similar environment
  • Experience in hotel operations, preferably luxury hospitality or other service environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Facilitation skills
  • Instructional design skills
  • Coaching skills
  • Influencing skills
  • Needs Assessment methodologies and learning needs identification
  • Learning technologies, such as e-learning options and distance learning
