Learning & Development Manager - Fairmont Agra

Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy aligned with hotel business objectives by conducting training needs analysis and creating a comprehensive training calendar covering operational, behavioural, compliance, and leadership programmes. Identify skill gaps across departments to design targeted learning interventions, oversee programme delivery to ensure consistency with luxury hospitality standards, and facilitate induction, technical, and soft skills training for all employee levels. Recruit and develop internal trainers, evaluate learning effectiveness through metrics, manage the Learning Management System, and administer training budgets while preparing regular reports for senior management. Prior experience in a 5-star hotel environment is highly preferred.
