Job Summary
Create, implement, and facilitate the Hotel Training Plan and budget aligned with the hotel's goals and strategic plan. Monitor and analyze staff training needs to oversee and implement all departmental training programs, ensuring activities align with the hotel's culture, values, and strategy. Requires a minimum of 5 years of L&D experience, understanding of HR processes, and strong leadership skills. Previous luxury brand hotel experience is an advantage. This role supports Swissôtel Clark, the tallest building in the area and part of the Hann Casino Resort complex, offering a haven of tranquility amidst Clark's dining and entertainment opportunities.
