Learning & Development (L&D) Training Associate

Job Summary
Support day-to-day training operations and onboarding by coordinating logistics, facilitating foundational learning sessions, maintaining training records in the LMS, and assisting with content updates. Responsibilities include facilitating onboarding modules, handling room scheduling and materials, updating LMS records and reports, developing and revising training materials, coordinating with HR and department stakeholders, and assisting with large-scale training rollouts and special L&D projects. Requires strong communication and facilitation skills, solid organizational abilities, and a Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years in Learning & Development or related fields. Hybrid and occasional field support are expected, with remote work options available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Education, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); Canva or similar tools a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to facilitate onboarding sessions and coordinate across departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; hybrid/remotely adaptable
