Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist

Manage end-to-end learning and development processes, including training needs analysis, content design, delivery, and evaluation across various organizational roles. Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps, conduct workshops, and coordinate development initiatives while developing effective learning strategies to enhance employee performance. Prepare training manuals and instructional materials, maintain employee development databases, and manage relationships with external training providers. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while promoting a positive learning culture through development campaigns. Coordinate orientation activities for new hires and maintain a professional learning experience throughout the training lifecycle.
