Job Summary
Build and own the FY27 Europe Training Calendar by consolidating approved learning initiatives across functions, audiences, and delivery formats. Coordinate logistics for external and internal initiatives, including vendor follow-up, participant lists, scheduling, and completion reporting for LinkedIn Learning and Workday Learning campaigns. Create and maintain the Development WeBlend page with up-to-date calendars, pathways, resources, and FAQs. Act as the L&D coordination point of contact for routine process and policy questions, escalating complex matters to the Europe Talent, OD, and DIBE Manager. Track participation, feedback, costs, and key learning metrics to support regular updates to the People team and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Communications, or a related field
- A formal internship agreement can be arranged with your university / school
