Job Summary
Learning & Development Intern at Catawiki will be the engine behind how we welcome and grow our talent. You’ll own the DNA Week onboarding experience, drive an Intern Community through events, maintain and evolve L&D dashboards, develop educational content (including slide decks), and iteratively improve onboarding from feedback. You’ll collaborate with Talent Management to shape the “Catawikian” experience for 700+ employees, coordinate learning activities across calendars, redact and maintain L&D documentation, and support data-driven insights. The role is based in Amsterdam with a hybrid schedule (minimum two days per week in the office) and targets an early start in September 2026. You’ll be joining a global, diverse team within a fast-paced scale-up environment, with opportunities to learn and contribute across multiple L&D initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Available to start in September 2026
- Enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship
- Academic Background: Educational Sciences, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Instructional Psychology, or a related field
- Owner’s Mindset: treat this internship like a real job and drive projects to completion
- Data literate with Google Sheets and detail-oriented with reporting and dashboards
- Proficient with Google Slides and turning information into visually compelling narratives
- People-first communicator, able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Agile learner comfortable in a scale-up environment and open to feedback and pivots
- Proactive and organized: capture actions, take notes, maintain an organized overview, and manage shifting priorities
- Reliable follow-through: ownership of commitments and proactive progress updates
- Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work arrangement with minimum two days in office
