Job Summary
Learning & Development Intern in Amsterdam to support onboarding, training, and e-learning for the Bynder People & Talent team. Responsibilities include organizing monthly onboarding bootcamps in EMEA, administering and developing the Learning Management System, improving onboarding initiatives from feedback, coordinating ad-hoc L&D initiatives both remotely and in the office, implementing ideas with external partners (e.g., universities), organizing events and learning sessions for interns, and supporting Well-Being initiatives. Candidates should be fluent in English, enrolled at a Dutch university for the duration of the internship, based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam or nearby with relocation possible), and available for at least 6 months starting February 2026. Hybrid working and office presence flexibility are offered.
