Job Summary
Learning & Development (Instructional Design) Intern at Lucid Motors supporting the creation and maintenance of e-learning modules, LMS content, and training documentation. Responsibilities include converting materials into engaging digital formats, applying instructional design principles, uploading and organizing content in the LMS, ensuring up-to-date and accessible courses, assisting with training completion tracking, updating materials based on feedback, creating clear job aids and quick references, and collaborating with SMEs across CX, Retail, Service, and Operations to translate business information into clear training content. Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital learning, training design, and content creation
- Excellent written communication skills (clear, structured, audience-friendly)
- Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing and updating content
- Comfortable using PowerPoint and Word, and collaborating in shared tools (Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive or similar)
- Creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex information
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Collaborative mindset / comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Nice to have: Exposure to e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar
- Familiarity with an LMS (e.g., Cornerstone, Highspot, SuccessFactors, Moodle)
- Basic design skills (visual hierarchy, layouts, simple video editing, Canva/Adobe)
- Interest in customer experience, product training, or the automotive/EV industry is a plus
