Job Summary
Learning & Development Graduate within RES’ global graduate programme, a structured development experience contributing to real work across learning, talent, and organisational capability. Build understanding of RES, L&D operations, and systems (LMS content management, onboarding, compliance training, data tracking, reporting, stakeholder coordination). Develop learning materials (presentations, guides, eLearning, and videos) and support programme design, coordination, and delivery (virtual and in-person) while embedding RES values and leadership expectations. Work with People & Culture, regional teams, and external partners; own a defined project aligned to a business priority. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote, based in Glasgow, United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or Education degree. Minimum (2:1) classification
