Job Summary
Learning & Development Facilitator responsible for end-to-end delivery of L&D programs, including face-to-face and virtual sessions, design of content, and facilitation with emphasis on connecting theory to TIH workplace practice. Responsibilities include program delivery, stakeholder engagement, LMS usage, and development of high-quality training resources; leadership development initiatives; needs analysis to identify learning gaps; and continuous improvement of training plans, materials, and evaluation of learning impact. Requires Grade 12/SAQA-aligned qualification, 2–4 years’ facilitator experience in an insurance environment, and strong facilitation, design, and coaching capabilities. Strong focus on engaging diverse learner groups, applying a variety of facilitation techniques, and aligning training with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)
- Experience 2 to 4 years’ experience within an insurance environment as a facilitator (Essential)
- Experience in the Learning and Development industry (Advantageous)
