Job Summary
Learning & Development Facilitator for US Market based in Mexico Global Business Services Office. Acts as strategic partner and advisor to learners, business partners, and Owner/Operators. Facilitates best-in-class virtual learning programs for a variety of roles, and serves as SME for training and learning. Oversees delivery and management of virtual training classes for McOpCo and Franchisee employees within the US, ensuring restaurant employees and leaders are equipped with the right skills and knowledge to succeed. Responsibilities include driving delivery of virtual learning programs, conducting engaging virtual training, adapting sessions in real-time, staying current with best practices in virtual facilitation, creating measurable learning objectives aligned with US L&D needs, partnering with L&D/market stakeholders, reviewing assessments and performance data, and identifying gaps to refine programs. Requirements include High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-4+ years in adult education/facilitation, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, bilingual Spanish/English (ILR Level 4), and willingness to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in the Mexico City area. Preferred qualifications include BA/BS, hospitality/QSR experience, and consulting background.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4+ years of adult education/facilitation experience
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer service and/or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in group management techniques and conflict resolution
- Ability to use digital tools for virtual facilitation
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) ILR Level 4
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Operational expertise in QSR, restaurant industry and/or hospitality preferred
- Consulting experience a plus
- Experience working in an ambiguous, every changing environment
- Strong work ethic, business sense, and a self-starter
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Role will be hybrid, 3 days onsite & 2 days work from home
