Learning & Development Corporate Intern

Job Summary
Design and develop professional development programs, workshops, and learning materials, including job aids, e-learning modules, and infographics. Maintain and update content in the Learning Management System, import records for training classes, and coordinate logistics for sessions involving scheduling, communication, and attendance tracking. Prepare training status reports, conduct research on learning trends, and survey management to evaluate program success. Order DDI content inventory, manage departmental documents across Teams and SharePoint, and update calendars for leadership and performance management classes. Assist with administrative office requests and facilitate meetings for various group sizes.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate student majoring in Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs of materials
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and customer service oriented
- Comfortable using social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Strong interest in learning and development, instructional design, or talent management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to facilitate meetings and/or presentations to all size groups
Desired Qualifications
- One year of related work experience
- Experience with LMS platforms or design tools (e.g., Canva, Articulate, Adobe, SharePoint)
- Spanish bi-lingual skills
