Job Summary
Learning & Development Coordinator to join Perforce’s global People & Culture team in Pune, India. You’ll be a key operational partner supporting enterprise-wide learning programs as the primary administrator for Perforce Learning (Docebo) and Showpad, leveraging AI tools (Copilot, Claude) to accelerate content creation and scale learning globally. You’ll partner with L&D, GTM/Sales, and global HRBPs to operationalize initiatives, build and maintain a prompt library, coordinate cohort-based learning, track L&D metrics (completions, satisfaction, NPS), and manage communications. Responsibilities include LMS admin (course creation, enrollment, learning paths, SCORM/xAPI, reporting), Showpad content maintenance, AI-driven content drafting, template development, scheduling/logistics for onboarding and launches, and cross-region collaboration with HRBPs, Sales Enablement, and P&C across India, APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Requirements emphasize 1–2 years of relevant experience, LMS administration expertise, proficiency with AI tools, and strong PM/communication skills. Location: Pune, India.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in L&D, HR Ops, sales enablement, or training coordination
- Hands-on LMS administration experience (Docebo strongly preferred) with SCORM/xAPI proficiency
- Experience with Showpad or similar sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Copilot, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to write effective AI prompts, refine outputs for accuracy/tone/audience, and build reusable prompt templates
- Knowledge of AI governance guidelines including data privacy and IP protection
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills across global time zones
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent experience and relevant certifications (ATD, SHRM, LMS, AI tools) will also be considered
