Job Summary
Learning & Development Coordinator supports May Institute’s training operations by managing orientation logistics, tracking certifications, compliance documentation, and cross-functional communication. Responsible for coordinating New Hire Orientation attendance, recertification enrollment, audits of training and certification records, and LMS/HRIS documentation updates; handles training logistics, vendor communication, room scheduling, and invoice tracking. Serves as main point of contact for L&D inquiries, ensuring timely, professional responses and fiscal accountability. Requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to partner across departments; experience with LMS platforms, HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred), and reporting tools; associate’s degree or relevant experience preferred. Pay: $20-$24 per hour; benefits include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, 403B with employer match, and additional voluntary benefits.
Required Qualifications
