Job Summary
Learning & Development Business Partner to design, deliver and embed learning solutions across Rethink Mental Illness and Mental Health UK on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Home-based with regular national travel; face-to-face delivery and stakeholder engagement are essential. Responsible for learning design, digital learning, facilitation, LMS management, compliance, and cross-organisational projects. Requires experience in training design/delivery, adult learning, stakeholder management, and ability to travel across England; driving licence and access to a vehicle are needed. Desirable CIPD qualification and experience in health and social care settings; strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in training design and delivery
- Experience in charity or health and social care environment (ideally mental health)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and organisational change
- Experience using data and insight to shape learning solutions
- Experience coaching/facilitation or skills development for managers
- Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle for regular travel
