Job Summary
Senior-level Learning & Development Business Partner responsible for diagnosing needs with senior leaders, designing leadership development experiences, facilitating sessions on feedback culture, decision clarity, psychological safety, and team effectiveness; owns end-to-end program management for leadership development; partners with Director+ to plan offsites; tailors interventions for functional or team challenges; embeds actionable toolkits to apply immediately; manages end-to-end logistics of development programs; measures impact through stakeholder feedback and business outcomes; collaborates with senior executives to translate strategy into practical development solutions; requires 7-10+ years in L&D/OD/HRBP; comfortable operating in ambiguous environments; familiar with modern learning technologies and AI-enabled tools; hybrid role onsite Tue-Thu in Boston or Seattle.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or HR Business Partnering
- Strong facilitation skills and executive presence; experience leading sessions for Director-level audiences
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into structured, actionable learning solutions
- Experience crafting and delivering custom leadership workshops and team interventions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrixed organization
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and constantly evolving environments
- Data fluency and ability to assess impact and iterate accordingly
