Job Summary
Lead the organization’s Learning & Development and Performance Management agenda. Design and implement Training Needs Analysis, competency development frameworks, and targeted learning interventions; manage LMS/digital learning platforms, training analytics, and evaluation (ROI). Coordinate performance appraisal processes, KPIs, and employee development initiatives; support HR Administration, onboarding, and compliance/HSE training; drive continuous improvement in L&D programs through data analysis and reporting; require 4+ years in L&D/HR with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; CHRP, TOT, instructional design certifications, and familiarity with LMS/HRIS are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Education
- CHRP certification
- Occupational Health & Safety certification
- Training of Trainers (TOT) qualification
- Instructional Design or Learning & Development certifications
- Experience using LMS, HRIS, or digital learning platforms
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Learning & Development, HR Administration and performance management
