Learning & Development Administrator

Job Summary
Manage the Learning Management System (Achieve) by allocating e-learning modules, scheduling internal and external training courses, and monitoring completion rates to generate business insights. Administer professional qualifications and apprenticeships while issuing purchase orders for courses and tracking expenditure against the L&D budget. Collate feedback from training sessions to identify trends for continuous improvement and address business queries via the L&D inbox in accordance with agreed SLAs. Support LMS maintenance and troubleshoot user queries. This 12-month FTC role operates on a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days within the IQUW Group's L&D team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative role
- demonstrating strong organisational skills
- attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a Learning and Development or Generalist HR role
- Experience of creating training content and materials
- Previous experience with learning management systems (Cornerstone)
