Job Summary
Role focused on administering and coordinating global training programs within the LMS, including participant assignment, scheduling, and documentation. Responsibilities include first-level learner support, monitoring training reports and KPIs, coordinating training venues and technical resources, and maintaining course creation and user roles in LMS. Ideal candidates have HR/training administration experience in international settings, with strong attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English (German or other European languages a plus).
