Job Summary
Design learner-centred information and digital literacy programs; collaborate with Education Services Librarians and Learning Designers to coordinate programmatic design and delivery of learning experiences; advise Library staff on educational technologies and implement tools to enhance learning; apply pedagogical principles to create engaging, active-learning experiences for diverse learners; work within university structures and ensure compliance with pre-employment checks, optionality for Working with Children clearance, and explicit work-rights requirements. Fixed-term role until June 2027 based at Camperdown Campus, Sydney, Australia; salary base around AUD 103,185 plus 17% superannuation.
Required Qualifications
- unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of employment
- Working with Children Check clearance
- experience with Learning Management Systems (Canvas)
- coding knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- ability to leverage educational technology to design learning experiences
- experience working as part of a multi-professional team
- understanding of Universal Design for Learning
- commitment to diversity and inclusion
