Job Summary
Collaborate with faculty and academic stakeholders to design, develop, and improve high-quality courses across online, blended, and face-to-face environments. Lead efforts supporting the University's Title II digital accessibility compliance initiatives by developing training resources and serving on accessibility committees. Provide Tier II support for instructional technologies, troubleshoot learning management system issues, and create documentation for educational tools. Design and facilitate workshops to support faculty development and continuous improvement in teaching excellence. This full-time, hybrid position (up to 80% remote) is based at the Portland Campus with a salary of $62,000.00. The Center for Academic Innovation partners with faculty to enhance teaching excellence through innovative instructional design and student-centered learning practices.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree, preferably in education, instructional design, learning science, or a related field
- Experience designing online and blended courses in a higher education context
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills
- Project management skills
