The role also covers facilitation or facilitation-by-exception during learning events, collaborating with clients to align learning with engagement goals, and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset. Additional duties include business development support, proposal development, client relationship management, thought leadership contributions, and staying current on learning science, educational technology, and AI-enabled learning ecosystems. The position requires travel to client sites up to 30–40% and on-site collaboration with clients as needed.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30–40% of the time and work on-site with clients as needed
  • Experience designing across modalities (in-person, virtual, self-paced, simulations)
