Job Summary
Design engaging learning content, curricula, and training materials using instructional design principles and digital learning tools. Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform technical content into effective solutions, develop assessments to measure learning outcomes, and utilize emerging methodologies to enhance learner engagement. Support the 3 Dock Redevelopment programme by creating high-quality experiences that develop skills and capability across the business. Work remotely with occasional stakeholder meetings, typically once monthly.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering results within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience creating engaging and impactful written content to agreed deadlines
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience supporting the development of digital learning content, e-learning programmes or instructional materials
- A recognised Learning and Development qualification at Level 3 or above, or equivalent relevant experience
- The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role
- Most work undertaken remotely
- occasional travel to meet stakeholders, typically once per month for one to two nights
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using digital authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or similar e-learning platforms
- Experience developing multimedia learning content, including video-based learning solutions
