Job Summary
Learning Design Administration Intern supporting ETA programming (ETA 101, ETA Bootcamp) and conference planning. Responsibilities include maintaining project records and trackers, logging progress and deadlines, keeping internal planning documents current, calendar and communications support, participant communications, and speaker coordination. Assist with review and basic edits of learning materials, organize curriculum resources, and help with conference logistics across learning design, events, and program delivery workstreams. Requires strong organizational skills, ability to track tasks and deadlines, clear written communication, experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, and willingness to learn Notion and project management tools. Legal authorization to work in Canada. Internship period: 4 months.
Required Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Experience coordinating administrative, event, program, or student leadership projects (volunteer or professional)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written communication and ability to draft/edit participant, speaker, or internal communications
- Experience with collaborative planning tools and shared documents
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva; willingness to learn Notion and project management platforms
