Learning Delivery Specialist

Manage learning service requests end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate resolution in line with SLAs and KPIs. Deliver core learning administration including session management, registrations, and learning hours tracking. Support learning platforms and communities by handling content, assessments, learning plans, and user management while maintaining platform access and licenses. Provide first-level troubleshooting and system guidance using SOPs, ensure data accuracy across learning systems, and support standard reporting using approved dashboards. Participate in testing for new tools and identify improvement opportunities to contribute to process enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support learning program delivery and maintain documentation for continuous improvement.
