Learning Delivery Manager

Oversees multiple trainers at one or more contact center locations to deliver all client and company required new hire and ongoing training. Ensures consistency of training delivery across sites, calibrates with Quality, interviews/hire/trains/mentors training staff, coordinates resources and logistics for new hire classes, oversees Academy Bay certifications and graduation standards, maintains records and evaluates trainer performance, applies the TIPS adult learning methodology, develops engaging facilitator-led training with client role-play scenarios, assesses program effectiveness, partners with Operations, HR, and Workforce Management for staffing during peak times, and delivers management-level training on processes, systems, policies, and leadership development.
