Job Summary
Learning Delivery Advisor to serve as a trusted partner and consultant to Syngenta's global network of Learning Administrators. Provide expert guidance on learning platform functionalities, processes, and services (Docebo, Degreed, other LMS), develop user-focused support materials, collaborate with internal teams and vendor experts on system upgrades, and support deployment of mandatory training programs while identifying process improvements and automation opportunities. Role emphasizes translating complex learning technology capabilities into practical solutions, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-quality, user-centric service across a global scale.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of consulting or advisory experience in a customer-facing role.
- Hands-on working experience as an administrator on learning platforms (e.g., Docebo, Degreed, or similar LMS).
- Proven track record of serving demanding customers across geographies by providing user-centric technical solutions and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate user needs into practical, sustainable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to build credible relationships and influence stakeholders within a global matrix environment.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and delivering under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
