Job Summary
Learning & CVM Intern located in São Paulo assists CVM/Creative Visual Merchandising activities, including payments & postings in the system, organization of Visual Merchandising materials, inventory control, showroom and office/store support, photoshoots in-store, and development of presentations and strategic materials. In Retail Learning, supports creation and updates of training presentations, onboarding scheduling, budget and training vendors management, conducting satisfaction surveys (NPS), administrative launches in the system, and support for internal development programs and corporate events. Requires intermediate/advanced English, PowerPoint and Excel skills, strong organization, and attention to detail.
