Job Summary

Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) by maintaining user profiles, performing data audits, loading training content, and preparing reports. Manage course structures in LifeLearn, support classroom session registration, and approve external training records. Coordinate training logistics including scheduling for live and virtual sessions, distribute e-learnings, and serve as the intake point for L&D inquiries. Track compliance by auditing employee certification records and ensuring training documentation meets regulatory standards. Support the Leadership Onboarding Program and New Employee Orientation by creating customized plans and managing monthly schedules. Act as the primary point of contact for tuition reimbursement, external vendors, and internal customers while providing systems support to the L&D team.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human/people resources, training/learning and development or administrative support in an office environment
  • A bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required
  • Relevant work experience can be considered and substituted for academic requirements, or a combination of education and work experience
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or applicable medical or religious exemption
  • Multi-tasking and time management, i.e., ability to function and complete work with competing priorities and expectations
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation to focus on meeting the needs of internal customers and stakeholders
  • Adaptable to changing technologies. Comfort with learning new software, tools, and platforms as they are introduced in the learning and development field
  • Personal and interpersonal skills, i.e., clarity, diplomacy, consideration, sensitivity, confidentiality, and the ability to collaborate
  • Excellent communication skills including presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and good follow through
  • Ability to work successfully as a team member and independently
  • Strong working skills in Microsoft Office suite, and other comparable software programs
  • Compliance mindset with regularly validate, maintain, track and audit records against requirements
  • Experience in training or organizational development preferred
