Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end training programmes, manage Learning Management System uploads, and support T&I teams across New Zealand. Handle financial responsibilities for purchase orders, invoice receipting, and vendor onboarding while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Proactively maintain the LMS and collaborate with a geographically dispersed team to ensure training and compliance standards are upheld. This busy, high-volume role requires juggling multiple priorities under pressure with strong Excel skills. Required Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills
- Intermediate Excel skills, with confidence working with data, reporting, and spreadsheets
- Experience working in a busy administrative or coordination role, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- An understanding of learning and training administration, including experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm when priorities change
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across New Zealand
- The ability to work independently, use initiative, and take ownership of your workload
- All successful applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment drug test, medical and a Ministry of Justice check prior to starting employment
