Job Summary

Coordinate learning programs and platform administration across Workday, Percipio, and Microsoft Teams; manage scheduling, enrollment, tracking, communications, and participant resources; provide end-to-end production support for virtual sessions; monitor attendance, completion, and data across programs; draft communications and process documentation using AI-enabled tools; identify opportunities to streamline workflows using Microsoft 365 tools, Forms, Lists, and Power Automate; collaborate with program owners, facilitators, and stakeholders to ensure accurate setup, access, reporting, and quality checks; contribute to quarterly and annual L&D reporting and maintain templates, trackers, and action items.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in learning administration, program coordination, HR coordination, project coordination, administrative support, learning technology administration, or a related role
