Job Summary
Learning Content Developer responsible for creating scalable learning materials including microlearning, eLearning modules, and instructor-led resources. Collaborates with LXDs, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure materials meet objectives, uses storyboards provided by LXDs, conducts quality checks, stays current with instructional design trends, and recommends new tools or approaches. Must have experience with Storyline, Canva, Mural, HTML5, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video editing, and be adept at managing multiple projects with strong presentation and storytelling skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design or educational content development
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's preferred in instructional design, education, or related field
