Learning Content Designer

Job Summary
The Learning Content Designer develops engaging learning materials to meet defined objectives across eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments. Responsibilities include analyzing learner needs to craft measurable learning objectives, collaborating with SMEs to develop and update content, partnering with multimedia teams to create or modify media assets, and proactively managing the content development process with milestones, reviews, and quality assurance. You will monitor deliverables through implementation, translation, and launch, evaluate content using qualitative and quantitative methods to drive improvements, conduct technical/clinical training and sign-offs for Intuitive teams, and deliver training for Human Factors usability evaluations. Requires design experience in eLearning and classroom settings, strong written and interpersonal skills, ability to work with SMEs, self-management across multiple projects, and proficiency with instructional design processes, tools, and templates. Must provide work samples/portfolio. Minimum college degree required; preferred degrees in Instructional Design, Education, or Science/Engineering. Software proficiency includes Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, MS Office, and Smartsheet. Preferred: 1-2 years in biotech/medical device organizations, master’s degree in Curriculum Development or Instructional Design/Technology, and Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency.
