Job Summary
Learning Consultant role at Think Academy US in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries about course offerings, schedules, teaching methods, and registration; following up with potential clients and ensuring timely engagement; conducting consultation calls, texts, or emails to understand students’ academic goals and recommend appropriate courses; building strong relationships with parents and recommending suitable programs; developing and executing plans to meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets and improve resource conversion rates; collaborating with marketing and academic teams to provide feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness; analyzing personal performance data weekly to adjust communication tactics and achieve enrollment goals; ~40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in Teaching, Education, or Mathematics is preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential
- Previous experience teaching or coaching middle school students
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about the education industry, and has the strong will to motivate and inspire students; must be patient and empathetic with working with students
- A team player that is able to collaborate effectively with other teachers and staff
