Job Summary
Conduct training needs analysis and develop blended learning solutions to support enterprise learning strategy and associate development. Lead projects and programs while coordinating with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Gather and analyze data to monitor learning effectiveness and establish measurement strategies that drive positive impacts on business metrics. Translate program needs into actionable, scalable plans and facilitate training initiatives addressing root cause issues. Manage multiple priorities under time and budget constraints to enhance manager and associate performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Education; Instructional Design; Organizational Development; Human Resources; Learning, Leadership, Business or related field
- 4 Years of Experience in learning delivery and/or instructional design
- Experience with multiple design modalities- e-learning, classroom, virtual, gamification, etc.
- Experience with instructional design (e.g. ADDIE, SAM)
- Experience facilitating
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree Education; Instructional Design; Organizational Development; Human Resources; Industrial-Organization Psychology; MBA or related field
- 4 Years of Progressive experience one or more specialty functions of Human Resources, with a significant portion focused on talent management (e.g., talent acquisition, employee and/or leadership development, instructional design, training, performance management)
- 4 Years of Experience successfully managing multiple priorities & projects through successful delivery & implementation under time, budget, and political pressure
- Retail experience
- Related industry certifications or credentials- e.g. PMP, PHR, CPT
