Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement Learning Experience curricula including multi-day bootcamps, webinars, and autodidactic materials. Lead in the design, development, and implementation of member assessments and consultations to evaluate needs and identify improvement opportunities. Work intensively with health center teams to refine Learning/Training Team best practices and coordinate member consultations, including planning logistics and preparing content. Oversee the planning and evaluation of high-quality learning experiences across virtual and onsite environments while developing roadmaps and feedback loops. This role uses performance analytics to deliver data-driven recommendations and accelerate continuous improvement across the Learning Division.
