Manage daily center operations, scheduling, and tutor coordination to ensure efficient performance and smooth student journeys. Build strong relationships with students and families while monitoring progress and outcomes to maintain a positive experience. Lead team recruitment, training, and coaching to foster an accountable culture, and support local marketing events and school partnerships to drive enrollment growth. Represent the brand within the community and work closely with headquarters to scale the education experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person full-time work
- Strong communication skills
