Job Summary
Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center, including screening, hiring, training, and scheduling staff to deliver individualized instruction via in-center, online, and hybrid formats. Lead team development, conduct sales by responding to leads and enrolling students, and administer assessments to identify learning gaps and create customized plans. Market the program by building school and community relationships while monitoring profitability and student success metrics. Provide exceptional customer service to families and maintain a safe, professional learning environment. Required Qualifications
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- Work authorization
- Pass a background check
