Job Summary
Review student programs, assess progress against goals, and adjust curricula to ensure academic achievement. Meet regularly with parents to discuss student progress and oversee center operations, including scheduling, invoicing, and payroll. Supervise part-time teachers to maintain high-quality instruction and drive marketing efforts within the community and schools. Connect with school administrators to support student success and provide tutoring when needed. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling between Monday and Friday, with some Saturday support, for candidates with a bachelor's degree and three years of education or management experience. Huntington Learning Centers has been helping students succeed in school for nearly 50 years through tailored tutoring programs.
Required Qualifications
- A completed, 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
- 3+ years experience in education, customer service, and/or management
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Driven to help kids achieve their academic goals and be successful in school
- Comfortable with financial conversations regarding additional tutoring services
Desired Qualifications
