Job Summary

Support daily center operations by managing class scheduling, serving as the primary front-desk contact for students and families, and monitoring student progress. Assist with administrative tasks including materials preparation, resource organization, and tutor onboarding while facilitating local marketing initiatives and community events. Coordinate internal communications, organize operational updates, and build strong relationships with families to encourage student retention. Work in-person up to 20 hours per week at the Cupertino Learning Center. This role offers hands-on experience in education operations within a fast-growing Bay Area learning center dedicated to K–8 math foundations.

Required Qualifications

  • Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in education and working with families
  • Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person work

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in education, customer service, or operations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) preferred
