Job Summary
Learning Business Partner in Toronto works within the Organizational Learning team to design and deliver learning solutions for aircraft build programs. Responsibilities include executing learning strategies (SOJT, e-learning, instructor-led sessions), ensuring competency compliance, acting as a learning consultant to Program Directors, managing training budgets, partnering with HR on organizational changes, developing change management plans, conducting skills-gap analyses, building cross-functional relationships with Production, Engineering, HR, and Union representatives, advising leaders on capability and performance, maintaining data integrity and performing learning analytics, and contributing to continuous improvement in learning policies and processes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education or related field, 3-5 years in adult learning with at least 1 year in a unionized manufacturing environment, strong English communications, project and change management skills, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint/LMS. Base salary CAD 56,500 to 88,800 per year, with actual offer determined by experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Adult Education or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in adult learning
- At least 1 year in a unionized manufacturing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Proven ability to integrate project management and change management practices
- Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Outlook and Learning Management Systems
- Experience in organizational development is an asset
