Job Summary
Learning Business Partner role within Bombardier's Organizational Learning team focused on aligning training needs of departments with strategic priorities. Responsibilities include analyzing training needs, contributing to the integration of new technologies, coordinating special projects, liaising with managers to assess requests, monitoring performance indicators, designing processes to improve efficiency, mitigating risks, and facilitating change management for new solutions. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years in an aeronautical environment, knowledge of Transport Canada regulations, bilingual French/English, experience with LMS and MS Office tools, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Project Management, Training Management, or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a role within an aeronautical environment
- Strong knowledge of Transport Canada regulations and ability to integrate regulatory requirements into training projects and processes
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Solid knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Proven ability to lead and engage cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and mobilize stakeholders
- Working knowledge of project management tools and software, including MS Project and the MS O365 suite
